Our Master Coach

Mr. Huilai Pang

Mr. Pang grew up and studied in China, receiving a strong influence from traditional Chinese culture. He has a deep understanding and appreciation for Chinese cultural arts, as well as an awareness of the differences and importance between cultures. As a senior consultant on Chinese culture and training teachers, Mr. Pang injects deeper elements of Chinese culture into the teaching content at Xiuch Education.

In Xiuch’s cultural classes and activities, Mr. Pang not only focuses on imparting skills but also emphasizes introducing the background of traditional Chinese culture to inspire students’ thoughts, emotions, and spirits.

As an expert in Go (a board game), Mr. Pang has conducted extensive research on the history and culture of ancient Go in China. He is also passionate about using Go as an educational tool to help students develop their thinking and judgment abilities by teaching them Go skills. In Xiuch’s Go classes, Mr. Pang pays attention to personalized learning for each student by customizing teaching plans based on their needs and levels. He is skilled at using inspiring demonstrations and simulated battles to help students understand strategies and tactics in Go while encouraging them to explore new ideas through practice.

As a calligrapher, Mr.Pang possesses extensive knowledge and experience in this field with expertise in various styles such as regular script (kai shu), running script (xingshu), cursive script (caoshu), and seal script(li shu). Moreover, he combines traditional calligraphy techniques with modern elements creating many creative works rich with meaning.

Mr.Pang values the essence of traditional calligraphy which he believes is not only an art form that carries cultural connotations but also expresses lifestyle choices & philosophical thoughts. His works often reflect his respect for traditional culture along with exploration & contemplation around themes like life, nature, and emotion. In addition to creating calligraphy pieces, he frequently shares his insights into calligraphy art during various activities held by Xiuch International Education where he serves as a lecturer for calligraphy master classes and provides guidance and support to students.

Mr. Cheng

Mr. Cheng is the founder of Xiu Chi International Education and a leadership training instructor. He has a deep understanding of effective leadership principles, skills, and strategies, which he combines with Chinese culture. In the classroom at Xiu Chi International Education, he shares his ideas and knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.

As a leadership training instructor, Mr. Cheng emphasizes team-based learning models. He focuses on cultural difference training as the core and uses teamwork as the model to tailor training courses based on specific needs for each audience group. He advocates for practicality and interactivity in training content while actively creating efficient learning spaces for participants.

In addition to promoting international education and cultural exchange, Mr. Cheng’s experience studying abroad has given him insight into the difficulties and challenges that overseas students face in their studies and lives. Therefore, he has long been committed to providing comprehensive support and assistance to international students so they can better adapt to new learning environments, successfully complete their studies, and achieve their study abroad dreams.

Apart from helping overseas students, Mr.Cheng also organizes multiple international and domestic research programs that allow students to participate in multicultural learning experiences across borders such as history, culture, art, technology, etc., enabling them to learn about different cultures while improving their overall quality.
